Next year I only plan to grow edible, beautiful or perfumed plants in my back garden. I have eyeballed the collection of Hostas in large tubs for a couple of years now as they take up a lot of valuable space. Tony absolutely loves them but I am a little indifferent. Or should I say was a little indifferent. I discovered this morning that all varieties of Hosta are edible so they are now looked at with a different set of eyes. I'll give them a try next spring and write a post here. I'll share my opinion of them as an edible.

We mainly grow edible things here. Preferably no perfumed as my husband has allergies and I don't want to set him off. Many edible things are also beautiful so that is covered here as well : )
