My peas are just about finished and I can't decide whether to just cut them all down now and lose the last few pods or not. I have plenty of seedlings that I could plant in the space but it seems a bit of a shame not to eat every single one as they have been gorgeous. The forecast for the next few days is lovely so I'll be able to potter about in the garden and get my legs toastie brown. The White Wonder cucumber in the conservatory looks really moth eaten so that will be on the compost heap tomorrow. I won't be planting any more of that variety but do have some newly planted seeds of a different one coming along in the porch. Hopefully I will get a late crop of cucumbers and tomatoes. I'm already planning next years crop.

Always the problem, isn't it. I guess that, if you have the plants and they need to go in, have them, up, but it's a shame, I agree.
