The garden is producing the most delicious salads right now. Not your wishy washy lettuce that tastes of nothing but a really good robust salad. All manner of mixed brassica leaves and plenty of chunky stalks... radish, chard, beetroot, sprout and kale... There's apple from the tree and loads of the sweetest tasting tomatoes. I added plenty of radish and radish pods which are a new thing to me this year and I'm pleased to see that there's still plenty on the plants.

I am looking forward to winter lunches : ) although I have to admit that the fridge is rather full.
