The coriander that I planted earlier this year all ran to seed but that wasn't a problem as I love ground coriander in my recipes. I left them on the plant until they were ready to harvest and last night I put them into a small tub. I'll make sure that they are properly dried as I lost a tub full last year when they turned mouldy. They'll be lovely freshly ground with my pestle and mortar and I am hoping to have plenty more to harvest over the coming weeks.
