Cucumber are a coming

 And they are coming thick and fast.


In fact I think they are growing the minute that I turn my back. This little beauty has been chopped up and has gone into a lovely feta and walnut salad. It's made four big portions and will do us both for two days worth of lunch.

    Mine too, although they are a lot smaller than yours - they're meant to be so that's OK! I've started handing them around.

      I'm planning on pickling some of mine. I love pickled cucumber.
