It's pleasantly warm today so Tony and I spent a lovely hour in the garden this morning just pottering on and tidying up. The fence is down between us and our neighbour and I really would prefer to put a golden privet in as it will lighten up that side no end. It will take a few years to establish but will be well worth it in the long run. The baby hedge to the left hand side of our garden is coming along a treat and it always looks as though the sun is shining on it. I'm so pleased that I opted for a golden variegated hedge.
