Jerusalem artichokes

 These fabulous little tubers just keep on coming.  I've prepped some with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper ready to roast for tea tonight.

                                       

The sprout shoots look fine and haven't keeled over and died... yet. 


My lettuce transplants look okay too. They are a little bigger than the photo implies.


The short rows of peas for shoots look healthy and strong and we'll enjoy a few shoots in salads.
