Now that could be a fun challenge for some of you and in truth you could just use one of your potatoes and give it a go. Terry King shows how he's doing it and It looks like a great way to get a huge crop.

Quick edit to say that I contacted Steve to see if it's too late to join in the challenge... Woo Hoo, it's not so as soon as my spud arrives I'll give it a go.
