I've just wandered out into the garden and picked a huge bowl of salad. I've added shop bought tomatoes but everything else is from the garden. It's been divided into six boxes for our lunches the week ahead.
Kale, sprout leaves, chard, basil, yellow courgettes, lettuce, beetroot leaves, spring onion, cucumber and fresh peas. I chopped up and added one of the final three apples from last years harvest. It will only be a matter of days before the spinach is ready so I'll be adding that next week. I need to sow some more radish for both the roots and the pods.
