Gardeners are the nicest people

We've got a bit of a plant swap going on at my carving club between myself and a couple of carvers and I've just come back from the wood carving club with these erigeron. Earlier this year I gave a couple of members some Jerusalem artichokes and rooted tree kale cuttings

I'd given Jim a cutting of my tree kale and he gave me a loquat which is now putting on a huge growth spurt

I was surprised and pleased when he brought the erigeron for me this evening. Last week  I'd told him that I have pomegranate seeds sprouting and in a few weeks I might have one he can have.  Aren't gardeners the nicest of people
