Stir fry for tea tonight

I shredded a few Brussels sprout leaves, a couple of Kale leaves, some Pak Choi and a couple of leaves from the Rainbow chard.  I used the mid ribs too and added to them a stir fry for tea this evening. With a bit of luck the onions, red pepper and garlic will all be home grown next year too

  2. I love it when I can manage to make a meal totally from our own produce. I get such a sense of satisfaction : ) Mind you, we keep hens too, so it is easier to produce a completely homegrown meal occasionally.

    1. I am exactly the same. It doesn't come any fresh that just picked five minutes before being cooked. I'd love to keep chickens but we just don't have the space. I will stick to growing veggies
