And I never knew it, so guess what I will be planting more of in the veggie garden this year. I could kick myself for throwing out most of the tubers last year. ReplyDeleteI was thinking roasted in olive oil and garlic and sprinkled with cracked black pepper. The flowers can be tossed in fruit or veggie salads
