I've just picked my first ever garlic scapes and tonight I'll fry them in a bit of butter. They aren't something I've tried before so it will be interesting to see how they taste. My radish pods are swelling nicely but something is digging the beans out of the ground just as they appear. It could be Mr. Squirrel... he'll get a lead pellet if he doesn't clear off
